Pumpkin Hummus

A tasty and healthy hummus with pumpkin puree that is perfect for fall entertaining!

ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
directions
  1. Puree everything in a food processor or blender and enjoy!
