ROASTED GARLIC VEGAN PARMESAN SALAD DRESSING

A Roasted Garlic Vegan Parmesan Salad Dressing - easy to make with only 5
ingredients in 2 easy steps. This will be your new vegan salad dressing to splash over everything.
Ingredients
  • 1 batch vegan Parmesan, 
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • salt, pepper to taste 
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled 
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
  1. Roast the garlic in a small sauce pan with a little dash of oil or just with a pinch of vegetable broth for an oil free version. While the garlic is roasting, prepare the vegan Parmesan.
  2. Simply combine roasted garlic, vegan Parmesan, apple cider, almond milk, cashews. Season with salt and pepper, blend until smooth and creamy.!
