Cynar Spritz

Makes as many as you'd like!

• 3 parts dry prosecco
• 2 parts Cynar
• Club soda, to splash
• Lemon wheel, for garnish
• Castelvetrano olives, for garnish

1. Fill a wine glass with some ice. Add Cynar, then prosecco. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with 1 lemon wheel and 2 olives per glass.
