Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 dates soaked or 2 hours
  • 1/2 mango can use frozen
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 romaine leaves
  • Handful baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups coconut or filtered water
