Pumpkin Spice Latte (Hold the Latte!)

This healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte -less latte is filled with protein to keep your blood sugar
steady (key to keeping your mood steady, too) and anxiety-busting spices like cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. The ground ginger will calm your nervous tummy and it's sweetened with honey, a natural sedative. Plus, there's nothing more soothing than pumpkin-y deliciousness.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp organic BPA-free canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Dandy Blend
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Raw honey to taste
