Kiwi Spinach Popsicles


Trying to sneak some veggies into your diet? Try these kiwi spinach pops! They're super easy to make. Simply blend all of the ingredients in a blender, pour the juice into the moulds, freeze for four hours, and voila! Delicious, wholesome popsicles. Plus the kiwi makes the whole thing taste amazingly sweet and tangy.

KIWI SPINACH POPSICLES [VEGAN]

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cups baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 1 whole kiwi, skin removed

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend smooth.
  2. In a popsicle mould, pour the blended mixture and freeze it for 4-5 hours or until done.
