Blood orange mimosa

A simple twist on that party classic – blood orange gives it a fantastic colour and deeper flavour

Ingredients

  • 60ml blood orange juice , fresh (or from a carton) Chilled
  • Prosecco , top up
  • 1 blood orange , zest of

Method

  1. Recipe by Andy Harris
  2. Place blood orange juice in a small tumbler. Top up with chilled Prosecco, add a twist of blood-orange zest and serve.
