Nutrient Dense Blueberry Smoothie


A quick blend and you’ve got yourself a tasty nutrient dense blueberry smoothie to keep you
full and satisfied for hours. If you wanted to, add the smoothie to a bowl and dress it up a bit with additional blueberries, chia seeds and toasted coconut flakes would match up perfectly.

Nutrient Dense Blueberry Smoothie [Vegan]

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen bluebrries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups almond, cashew or coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well for one minute. Serve right away.
