TUNA SALTY TOAST WITH KALE


Prepare this delicious tuna salpicón that you will love, since it is not the typical

recipe. It is made from a mixture of lettuce with a little kale, goat cheese and a mixture of flaxseed, amaranth, chia and pumpkin seeds. Do not stop trying!

TUNA SALTY TOAST WITH KALE

Ingredients

4 Portions
  • 4 cans tuna
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 bag Salad Eva® Revitalize Sesame
  • 8 corn tostada shell, baked
  • 1 avocado, in slices to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, chili, cilantro and radish. Reservation.
Cut the leaves of the Eva® Revitalize Sesame salad bag into thin strips and add to the tuna bowl along with the salad toppings.
Add the dressing of the salad and integrate with the help of a spoon.
Serve the above mixture on the toast and decorate with slices of avocado. Serve immediately.
