GRILLED BBQ BRISKET BURRITOS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Large 12 inch flour tortillas
- 1 package Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisketprepared according to package instructions
- 2 cups white rice cooked
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine the rice, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir until fully combined and creamy. Set aside.
- Fill each tortilla with half of the rice, beans, beef, and cheese. Roll like a burrito, bringing in and tucking in the sides to seal.
- Brush the top of each burrito liberally with bbq sauce.
- Grill each burrito over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is crispy and to your liking.
- Share with friends and enjoy! Each burrito can serve 1-4 people, depending on how hungry you are.
