Sashimi (Raw Fish) Salad
INGREDIENTS:
For 2~4 Servings
- 2.8 oz Fresh salmon- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 Onion
- 6 Baby tomatoes
- 1 oz Sweet corn
- 2 Purple lettuce
Dressing
- - 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- - 1 Tbsp White wine vinegar
- - 1 Tsp Whole-grain mustard
- - 1/3 Tsp Salt
- - as you need Pepper
