EASY FRENCH PATISSERIE FRUIT TARTS [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE]
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRUST:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons agave
- Splash of water
FOR THE CUSTARD:
- 3/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch (or cornstarch)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Strawberries, blackberries, or fruit of choice
- Liquid sweetener for glaze
