This detox bowl is best made with a hi-speed blender but if you don’t have one simply grate
the beet before adding it. Then go about your day feeling energized and reset from the night before!INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
- ½ – ¾ cup plant based milk (almond or coconut)
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ raw beet (washed + peeled)
- 1 scoop vanilla Parsley protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
Toppings: pomegranate seeds, raspberries, coconut flakes + bee pollen
METHOD
Place all ingredients in blender, starting with ½ cup milk and blend until smooth. If you are not using a high speed blender use more milk and grate the beet prior to adding. Enjoy!
