Creamy Strawberry and Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened hazelnut milk or almond milk (see page 000)
- ½ ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful baby arugula (about 1 packed cup)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds. Drink immediately.
