Black Bean Jalapeño Hummus [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked black beans
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle, or to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
Preparation
- For the hummus, combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
