Rainbow Juice [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 6 celery stalks
- 2 green apples, cut into quarters
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 large red beet, with the greens
- 2 large kale leaves
- 2 large chard leaves
- 1 two-inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 of a lemon, peel included
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
Preparation
- Use an electric juicer to juice all the ingredients together. Stir well to combine, then serve.
- Any leftover juice can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 3 days, simply stir well before serving.
