FRUIT BALLS
Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp margarine
125g dates, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 apple grated
1/2 cup coconut
Method
·
Melt
butter in a saucepan and add dates and cook until soft.

Add
eggs, apple, cornflakes, coconut, and vanilla and chill.
·
Roll
into 44 balls and either put back in fridge until firm and eat or bake at 180єC for 15mins and eat chilled, cooked but
cool.
