French dip sandwiches are basically roast beef sandwiches served in a bun along with the
juices (aka au jus) from the roast so that you can dip the sandwich into them! Dipping the sandwiches into the juices makes them nice and moist and adds a ton of flavour! What a great way to enjoy some roast beef and use up all of the tasty juices!
