
There is nothing so rich and fresh as the taste of the horchata and what better way to make a dessert that includes this ingredient than a jelly. It is perfect for your meetings as you will offer a unique and rich dessert to your guests.
HORCHATA GELATIN
Ingredients
8 Portions
- 2 cups Morelos Rice Great Value®
- 1 cup Water
- 1 liter Whole Wheat Great Value®
- 1 cup Milk mixture with Great Value® evaporated vegetable fat
- 2 cups Great Value® Sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
- 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted
- 30 lady finger cookies
- 2 Great Value® Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation
In a bowl, soak the Morelos Great Value® rice with a little hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and reserve.
Blend rice with water, milk, evaporated milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract and grenetina.
Strain the previous mixture and pour into a jelly mold, Refrigerate until set.
Desmolda and decorate with soletas a ribbon and cinnamon sticks. Cut and enjoy.
