Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Chestnut Flour [Vegan, Gluten Free]
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chestnut flour
- 1/4 cup teff flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 cup raw or vegan chocolate chips (sugar free )
- 1 1/2 tablespoon psyllium
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
Preparation
- Mix dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
- Let batter set for 10 minutes
- Bake on low to medium heat in coconut oil or other fat of your choice
