EASY SHRIMP CEVICHE
Ingredients

- 1 watermelon, to fill
- 4 cups cheap shrimp
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup tomtato
- 1 cup jicama
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup watermelon, diced
- 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons habanero pepper, roasted and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Knorr ® Shrimp broth
- 3 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
- fried or toasted corn tortilla, To accompany
Preparation
On a board cut the watermelon in half and with the help of a spoon, hollow until the pulp is removed. Reservation.
On a board, cut the onion, tomato, jicama, and cucumber.
In a bowl mix the shrimp with the purple onion, the tomato, the jicama, the cucumber, the watermelon, the lemon juice, the habanero pepper and add Knorr® Shrimp Broth until incorporated.
Serve in the watermelon and accompany with toast.
