CEVICHE TO THE SHEPHERD
Ingredients
1 Portion
- 1 cup fish fillet, cut into medium cubes
- 2 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried guajillo chili pepper, powdered
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped in medium cubes
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, (your juice)
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
Add fish, puree, chili, onion, cilantro, pineapple, pepper, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Mix perfectly.
Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
