The best part about falafel is that they are easy and quick to make! Also, by adding in a delicious marinade, you can make spicy/curried falafels in no time. These falafels are vegan, gluten-free, and are high in protein thanks to the chickpeas. They are a healthier alternative to traditionally cooked falafel because they are lightly fried as opposed to deep fried. These falafels are perfect for lunch or dinner with a side of salad and a dipping sauce!
