Body Mind and Soul Smoothie [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 cup or more coconut kefir (or other milk-based kefir), adjusted to taste and consistency
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful of leafy greens
- small handful fresh mint or basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon natural or vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 ripe or frozen avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon high-grade matcha powder (optional, adjusted to taste)
- 1 to 3 teaspoon peeled grated fresh ginger (optional, adjusted to taste)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric and a pinch of black pepper (optional)
- sweetener of choice, adjusted to taste (optional)
- optional toppings: edible flowers, or toppings of choice
Preparation
- Blend together until smooth!
