BLACKBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
12 ounces blackberries
3 tablespoons raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 dates
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 serving of vanilla Daily Shake

Directions:
