Candied Jalapenos
ingredients
- 3 pounds jalapeno peppers, sliced into 1/8-1/4 inch slices
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
directions
- Bring the everything to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Note: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 months.
