Blueberry Smoothie Parfait [Vegan, Paleo]
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 medjool date
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
For the Parfait layer:
- 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional )
Preparation
- For the smoothie just blend everything together in a blender until smooth, same goes for the parfait. To get all the fifty shades of pink just add various amount of parfait into the smoothie or the other way around.
