Green Goddess Golden Milk Smoothie [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened soy milk or non-dairy milk of choice
- About a thumb-sized chunk of turmeric root
- About a thumb-sized chunk of ginger root
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- A couple turns of black pepper
- 3 small ripe bananas or 1 large ripe banana
- 1 fresh mango or about 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1 packed cup bok choy
Preparation
- Place everything into your blender and blend until super creamy and smooth.
