Spiced Black Bean Guacamole [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 2 avocados – small diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 roma tomato – seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 3 green onions – chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for about 15 minutes until flavors meld and then serve immediately – ta da! Easy
