Hearts of Palm ‘Crab’ Rangoon [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 4-ounces vegan cream cheese or soft nut cheese
- 1/2 container of hearts of palm
- 1 green onion stalk
- Vegan wonton wrappers
- Water
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Chop hearts of palm and green onions.
- Mix with vegan cream cheese.
- Put a small amount of the mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Paint the edges of the wrapper with water and pinch together. Make as many wontons as you can.
- Fry is heated oil until golden.
