Enjoy these chicken rolls filled with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and Manchego cheese,
accompanied by a creamy chipotle chili sauce. A delicious and perfect recipe for your weekly menu, as well as being very easy to prepare. Cream cheese will give it an unmatched consistency and its flavor will conquer even the most demanding palate.
CHICKEN ROLLS STUFFED WITH CHEESE WITH CHIPOTLE SAUCE

For the sauce, blend the sour cream together with the onion, garlic, chipotle chili, chicken broth and a bar of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese until completely integrated.
Pour the sauce over a saucepan with hot butter; season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
For the filling, cut Philadelphia® Cream Cheese into smaller pieces for ease of use.
Place the onion, yellow corn and coriander in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper, mix and add Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, add until spreadable.
On a table, place the chicken breast on a sheet, add the slices of Manchego cheese and the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese mixture; It closes in the form of a roll, lean on toothpicks to prevent it from losing its shape.
Bread the chicken rolls; Flour each roll first, bathe in an egg and then go through the bread until completely covered. Fry in enough hot oil and drain on absorbent paper. Cut the rolls in half.
On a large plate, pour the chipotle chili sauce, place the chicken roll halves. Decorate with yellow corn and coriander; accompany with steamed vegetables.
