CHICKEN WITH CORN SAUCE TOSTADAS

Blend the sour cream, cream cheese, milk, corn kernels, morita pepper, garlic and onion. Set aside.
In a pot, over low heat, heat the butter. Then pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes, add the shredded chicken, rectify seasoning and sprinkle with cilantro.
Spread the beans on the tostada, add the creamy chicken, decorate with slices of avocado, slices of cherry tomato and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with a Hibiscus drink.
