Golden Banana Milkshake [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon organic ginger
- 1 cup plant milk
- Optional:
- 2 large figs
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 Brazil nuts
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and process until smooth, around 1 minute.
- Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy cold.
Notes
You can also use 2 ripe bananas and a handful of ice cubes. You can also use fresh turmeric and ginger.
