Makes 1, 16-ounce serving
- 2 tablespoons mashed avocado
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder, or cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 2 large Medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup ice
Blend together all the ingredients except the ice until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until creamy. Calorie information: 144 per serving
