Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cucumber peeled and grated (1 cup)
- ½ lemon - juiced (1 tablespoon)
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove
- fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- fresh chives finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon sumac
Instructions
- Add the ingredients together, except the sumac and mix well to combine
- Sprinkle the sumac on top
- Serve with crusty bread or as a side with raw vegetables
