- 5 cups watermelon, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped; plus 1 cup cut in ¼- to ½-inch dice

- ½ English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- ¾ cup celery, diced (about 2 ribs)
- ¾ cup red bell pepper, diced (1 medium red pepper)
- ¼ cup red onion, diced (½ small red onion)
