The combinations of flavours are near endless from simply adding lime or lemon juice to
water to classics like lemonade, raspberry lemonade, etc. and adding a veggie or a fresh herb is always a fun way to go. For this drink I go with cucumber, mint and lime juice for a super refreshing drink that is absolutely thirst quenchingly good!
Cucumber, Mint and Lime Refreshers
ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1-2 limes, juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons mint
directions
- Mix everything, optionally pureeing in a food processor and straining the solids out, before chilling in the fridge and enjoying!
Option: Replace 4 sups water with 6 cups of ice and puree in a blender to make smoothies!
