4-Ingredient Green Smoothie [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1-2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 2 cups spinach, or leafy greens of choice
- 1 cup non-dairy milk or water
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Preparation
