SQUID AND OCTOPUS CEVICHE
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 140 grams squid, Tuny®
- 140 grams octopus, Tuny®
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 onions
- 1 green chile
- 1/2 bunches fresh coriander
- 1/2 cucumbers
- 1 avocado
- English sauces
- lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- crackers
Preparation
Chop the tomato, onion, chili, cilantro and cucumber.
Mix the squid and octopus with the vegetables in a refractory.
Add lemon, English sauce, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Serve on top of the toast.
Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro.
