This dressing is bursting with flavor and so versatile! It can be used as a salad dressing, on
top of a grain bowl or as a sauce for grilled tofu or tempeh.
Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
¼ cup tahini
5 tbsp water
1 medium lemon (juiced)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 stalk green onion (chopped, including the white and green portions)
½ cup cilantro (chopped)
Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed for desired consistency.

Substitutions
Try ¼ cup basil and ¼ cup cilantro for variety.
Don’t like cilantro? Use ½ cup basil.

Use orange juice or pineapple juice for maple free, or simply try omitting the maple.
