A simple, easy recipe to tickle your taste buds and fill your tummy!
Banana Nog [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- a pinch of cinammon
- 2 packets sweetner
- 200 mls milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in blender except for chia seeds and blend untill all smooth. Transfer into a glass and mix in the chia seeds, then leave for 15-20 minutes for the chia to slightly soak and “grow." Enjoy!
