NACHOS WITH CHEESE AND CHILI WITH MEAT
Ingredients

- 1 onion, cut into large boxes
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 4 tomatoes, without skin and without skin (finely chopped)
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons thyme, dry
- 4 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups black bean, cooked, without broth
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 cup light beer
- 1 bag nachos
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, to gratinate
Preparation
Preheat and oven at 180 ° C.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, add the garlic and let it cook for 3 minutes until golden, add the pepper, the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes until cooked, add seasonings, sugar and tomato puree. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the black beans, season with salt and pepper, add the beer and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Place the nachos on a cast iron skillet, add the meat, the cheddar cheese and the au gratin for 5 minutes in the oven.
