Vegan Onion Dip
Ingredients
1 onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
12 oz non-dairy yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce (+1 tsp as desired)
fresh chives (chopped, to taste)
salt (optional, to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
veggies (for dipping)
Directions

Line a skillet with a thin layer of water.

Add the onions and sauté until they’re brown and caramelized, about 30 minutes. (Add 1 tbsp of water to deglaze the pan and prevent sticking.)

Once the onions are caramelized, add the garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Transfer the onion mixture to a small bowl, and chill for 30 minutes.

Stir in the yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, and chives and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper.

Taste, adding more salt, pepper, chives, or Worcestershire sauce.

Serve with veggies.
