Go ahead and make this shrimp aguachile recipe, perfect for this season of Lent or for hot days. In addition to being super easy to make, this is a low calorie and highly nutritious dish, as shrimp contain protein, vitamin B12 and potassium.GREEN SHRIMP AGUACHILE
Ingredients
2 Portions
- 2 cups shrimp
- 1/2 cups coriander
- 2 serrano peppers, tailless
- 1 cup lemon juice, without seeds
- pinches salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 cup cucumber, with shell, cut into half moons
- 1/2 cups red onion, filleted
- tostadas corn, baked
Preparation
Peel, clean and cut the shrimp opening in the shape of a butterfly. Reservation.
Blend the coriander with the serrano pepper, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper.
In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with the previously blended mixture for 30 minutes. Refrigerate.
Add the cucumber and red onion. Serve and accompany with toast and enjoy.
