- 12 jalapeno Peppers

- 1/2 cups tomtato, diced for filling
- 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped for the filling
- 1/2 cups corn, yellow, for the filling
- 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for filling
- to taste salt, for the filling
- to taste black pepper, for the filling
- enough rice, To accompany
Preparation
Cut the chiles horizontally to remove the seeds and veins. Reservation.
In a saucepan with enough hot water pour white vinegar, add the peppers and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, the tomato, the onion, the corn kernels and the parsley, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
