BEETROOT CAKE PORRIDGE [VEGAN]
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot
- Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over a low-medium heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until the porridge has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and top with desired toppings.
