Montreal Steak Seasoning
An easy to make homemade Montreal steak seasoning blend that is perfect on steaks, mixed into burgers, mashed potatoes, etc!
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coarse salt
- 3 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons granulated onion
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon dill seeds
directions
- Mix everything and partially grind in a food processor
Option: Add extra spices/herbs like thyme, rosemary, etc. to taste!
