Made with kombucha, passion fruit, maple syrup and white rum, this cocktail is super easy
to make and does not require special equipment, but is sure to satisfy your cravings for a cooling exotic drink this summer!
Passion Fruit and Rum Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of kombucha of choice (I used mango flavoured kombucha)⠀
Pulp of 1 1/2 passion fruit ⠀
1 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
2 tbsp white rum⠀
Ice cubes
Garnishes, optionalHalf a passion fruit
Fresh mint
Fresh mint
STEPS
- Add all ingredients into a glass. Stir to combine. ⠀
- Enjoy immediately as is or with extra garnishes if desired.
NOTES:
Feeling extra fancy? Rub some lime on the rim of your glass and dip it in brown sugar!
