RAW BROWNIE BATTER CAKE POPS [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE]
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoon almond milk
- Pistachios, crushed
- Cacao nibs
- Lollipop sticks
PREPARATION
- Blend together dates, almonds, buckwheat, cacao powder, and almond milk.
- Roll into medium sized balls and roll in pistachios and/or cacao nibs. Place lollipop sticks in the center of the balls. Serve.
