Easy Vegan Mayo
Ingredients
8 oz organic tofu
2 tbsp lemon (juice)
2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
½ tsp mustard powder
2 tsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp salt (optional)
Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until super creamy.
